Sydney, Australia – August 19th, 2022 – Sphere Drones and RMUS LCC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Nordic Unmanned to distribute each other's products and drone services across the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand and therefore becoming the third member of the Global UAS Alliance.
The partnership will see all three companies create a support structure between each other working together on marketing and the sales of one another's products and services in their associated regions. This includes exploring opportunities client pilot projects.

Through the MOU, Sphere Drones will have the ability to expand its product offerings to global markets, specifically its Nero water sampler and its Curo drone management platform. Sphere Drones will also gain access to a number of global leaders in the roving technology space, such as:
- Lockheed Martin
- Schiebel
- Phoenix LiDAR Systems
- Textron
- Explicit
- Sensofusion
And therefore, a number of use case specific RPA types, including:
- Pollution Patrolling Drones
- Railway Corridor Drones
- Cargo Delivery
- Oil Spill Reconnaissance
- Large crane vessel
A detailed distribution agreement is expected to be signed during Q3 2022, with exploration of the first commercial opportunities already underway. The new distribution channels are expected to give revenue from Q4 2022.
